Cakes and Copy

During my time as a copywriter at Leo Burnett, I was accepted into the Leo Leap program. In the program, they help you find the time, money, and resources needed to accomplish a specific goal. My goal… cakes. I have always loved to bake and in turn, share the delicious things I make with others. So my goal was to create a cake business on the side. Over a 2-month period, I got my food handlers permit, perfected recipes, and started selling cakes.
