Do It For Your Dog
Did you know dogs are one of the biggest reasons millennials buy homes today (over children or marriage)? That’s why we created Sashimi. Part Husky. Part princess. And so smart, she helped her human get into the home of her doggy dreams. Now, Sashimi is spilling the kibble to dogs everywhere, that they can get a home both they and their human love, with a Wells Fargo mortgage.
Fun Fact: This video received 11 million unpaid completed views in the first 2 months (as of August 8th, 2018... it went live June 18, 2018).
To get the word out to even more people, we turned to adorable, scroll-stopping social ads. We recruited more adorable pups and let them persuade owners to “Do it (aka buy a house with the help of Wells Fargo) for your dog.“
Waggable Score (Activation)
Since we already help dog owners become homeowners with low mortgage rates and seamless applications, we wanted to help earlier on in the home buying process, too. Meet the Waggable score. Just like walkable scores, we wanted to create a way for owners to see how dog-friendly certain neighborhoods are. Partnering with Redfin and Zillow, our Waggable score could help dog owners everywhere find the home of their doggy dreams. (The client initially bought this idea, but with logistics, it never happened. Our CCO loved the idea so much, that he got permission from Wells Fargo to pitch it to another dog client — Cesar Dog Food.)
