There aren’t many grocery stores that can say they have a cult following. But ALDI actually does. That’s why digital advertising is such a big thing for them. So we found a voice that was natural and genuine for our target audience and I (and 3 other art directors) did their weekly digital advertising. From Social ads and e-newsletters to banners and Pandora/Spotify radio spots. I also had the opportunity to shoot most of the social stuff myself and oversee shoots that took place in the studio.


ALDI is all about savings, and all about showcasing a bunch of products in each radio spot. Below you’ll find how we creatively found ways to do just that.


Every week, we created an e-newsletter to send out to fans featuring the new items coming in store as well as the special deals going on that week.

ALDI is all about being different. And this holiday season, they wanted everyone to experience the beauty of different. So we wanted to make the holidays different by taking time-honored traditions and looking at the time, well, differently.
